The organiser of this giveaway is CAN SECRET, with tax ID B75474320, located at Cr Sant Joan Km 13.200, Safragell Ibiza Suites & Spa, 07812 Sant Llorenç de Balafia / Sant Joan de Labritja, Balearic Islands, Spain.

The giveaway is run for promotional purposes on Instagram through the profiles @cansecret.ibiza and @chefbosquet, with the aim of rewarding followers and giving visibility to the restaurant’s gastronomic offering.

2. Territorial Scope and Participants

All natural persons over 18 years of age who have a real and active Instagram account may participate.

Employees of Can Secret and their direct relatives may not participate.

3. Participation Dates

The giveaway will be open from its publication on Instagram on Wednesday, 17 June 2026 until Sunday, 28 June 2026 at 23:59 h.

The winner will be announced on Monday, 29 June 2026 through the Instagram stories of @cansecret.ibiza.

4. Participation Mechanics

To participate in the giveaway, users must comply with each and every one of the following requirements:

• Follow the official Instagram account @cansecret.ibiza.
• Follow the chef’s official Instagram account @chefbosquet.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Mention in the comments of the post the person with whom they would like to enjoy the prize.

Additional entries: Users may comment as many times as they wish, mentioning different people in each comment. Each valid mention will count as an additional entry, increasing the chances of winning. Mentions of non-existent accounts, spam or duplicate accounts will not be considered valid.

5. Prize

The prize consists of dinner for 2 people at Can Secret with a five-course tasting menu plus dessert, paired with six wines.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product or service. It is not transferable to third parties. Can Secret reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal or greater value in the event of justified cause.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid comments that meet the requirements set out in point 4 of these legal terms.

The result will be announced on Monday, 29 June 2026 through the Instagram stories of @cansecret.ibiza.

The winner must contact Can Secret by private message on Instagram within a maximum period of 72 hours from the announcement. If they fail to do so within that period, a new winner will be selected at random.

7. Prize Delivery

Can Secret will contact the winner to coordinate the date and time to enjoy the prize, subject to restaurant availability. The prize must be redeemed before 31 December 2026, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, nor is it associated with that platform in any way. Participants fully release Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) from any liability arising from this giveaway. The data provided is supplied to the organiser and not to Instagram.

9. Data Protection

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the winner’s personal data will be processed by Can Secret (B75474320) for the sole purpose of managing delivery of the prize.

Such data will not be transferred to third parties or incorporated into commercial databases without express consent. The winner may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to the address indicated in point 1 of these legal terms.

10. Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms.

Can Secret reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel the giveaway for justified cause, undertaking to communicate any modification through its social media profiles.
