Cuisine with soul

A corner surrounded by nature where time slows down and the table becomes the perfect place to share and savour without hurry.

Our cuisine starts from a simple idea: respect the product and let it speak for itself. We work with quality ingredients, local whenever possible – many of them from our own garden – with admiration for those who grow, fish and raise with respect for the land and the sea.

Extra virgin olive oil is one of our pillars. We select different varieties to accompany each dish and enhance its nuances.
A good oil does not cover. It reveals.

Our cuisine is Mediterranean, free and contemporary: seasonal vegetables, simply treated fish, carefully cooked meats and house-made preparations that bring depth and character.
