A corner surrounded by nature where time slows down and the table becomes the perfect place to share and enjoy without hurry.

Our kitchen arises from a simple idea: to respect the product and let it speak for itself. We work with quality ingredients, whenever possible sourced locally —many of them from our own garden—, with admiration for those who cultivate, fish, and raise with
respect for the land and the sea.

Extra virgin olive oil is one of our cornerstones. We select different varieties to accompany each dish and enhance its nuances.
A good oil does not mask. It reveals.

Our cuisine is Mediterranean, free, and contemporary: seasonal vegetables, fish treated with simplicity, meats cooked with care, and our own preparations that bring depth and character.
