Its proposal, defined as \u201cCuina amb \u00e0nima\u201d, advocates for a local, contemporary, and conscious gastronomy, where the land, the sea, and the season dictate the rhythm of each preparation.<\/p>\n

Each month, Can Secret incorporates some dishes into its proposal, and on this occasion, the own garden of Agroturismo <\/strong>Safragell<\/strong> takes on special importance in a menu where vegetables are the protagonists of a large part of its preparations. Suggestions specially designed to celebrate the beginning of summer, share without haste, and enjoy the flavors of the island from a contemporary perspective. Among its new additions are the boletus and fresh truffle risotto, a creamy, aromatic, and enveloping proposal; the 60-day aged picanha with parmesan, pickled shimeji mushrooms, and wasabi, which elevates the meat with umami nuances, acidity, and depth; and, as a fresh and surprising closure, a fruit ceviche with vegan Thai chilli leche de tigre, conceived as a vibrant, light dessert full of contrast.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
